We truly believe that it is never too soon to seek advice about a problem that you think may exist, or may soon exist. It is certainly the case that the earlier advice is sought the greater are the chances that a “rescue” rather than a “terminal” procedure will be viable.
We are pleased to offer you and/or your clients a free initial consultation, and it may well be that this is the only meeting that proves to be necessary- peace of mind at no cost!

Training
We are always willing to provide “in house” training on all aspects of business recovery and insolvency to you and your team. This will help you to identify potential problems at any early stage and have a better understanding of what can be done to address the situation.

Seminars
We hold occasional seminars on business recovery and insolvency related issues. If you would like to be added to our invitation list please let us know.

Attendance at Creditor Meetings
Almost all forms of insolvency involve a meeting of creditors being held. In our experience few creditors actually understand the purpose of these meetings and we are always available to advise in this regard.
Please remember that Compass is a specialist Business Recovery and Insolvency firm. We offer no other services and you can refer clients to us in the knowledge that they will receive constructive and compassionate advice, and the aim will be for you to retain a client.
