Our Aim

At Compass FRI our aim can be summarised as 'You call - we'll help!'

We'll help you through what we appreciate will be a difficult and stressful time.

How do we do this?

The first stage is to arrange an initial consultation. This will be free, without obligation and at a time and place to suit you, including, if you prefer, outside normal office hours.

Once we have discussed your concerns you will receive advice that is professional, sympathetic, non-judgemental and independent.. It will be relevant to your particular circumstances (we don't do 'one size fits all' Solutions).

The outcome will be the identification of a solution that is right for you and fair to your creditors. We also hope that you will begin to feel that the pressure you've been facing starting to reduce.

Some hard choices may have to be made, but in our experience the earlier a problem is confronted the greater are the chances that it can be overcome.
